The Cantor Spectrum & Tower Exchange also provides a marketplace for the trading of tower/rooftop and emerging coverage resources, as well as rooftop space and other strategic infrastructure.  Rapid and accurate identification, pricing and execution will be the hallmarks of CS&TE.
